In this art class, we will explore the fascinating techniques of pencil and charcoal to bring landscapes, portraits, animals, architecture, and more to life on paper. With a focus on these versatile mediums, students will have the opportunity to unleash their creativity and hone their skills in a supportive and self-paced environment.
Throughout the course, students will delve into the concepts of light and dark, shadows, and shading, using charcoal and pencil to create depth and dimension in their artwork. Whether capturing the tranquility of a landscape, the personality of a person, or the intricate details of architecture, students will have the freedom to express themselves and explore their artistic vision.
Unlike traditional classes, our projects will be self-paced, allowing students to take as much time as needed to perfect their creations. With ample time and guidance from the instructor, students will have the opportunity to refine their techniques and produce stunning works of art.
